A. Information You Provide

  • Text prompts you enter to generate playlists (e.g., "chill lo-fi for studying").
  • Playlists and tracks you generate, join or co-promote, including any optional metadata, tags, comments or images.
  • Advertisement creatives you generate, join or use.
  • If you create an account: email address, username, password (hashed), and any optional profile info.
  • If you create an artist profile: profile info such as artist name, description, links to social media, images, bio, genres, tags, playlists metadata, track metadata etc.
  • Messages you send when contacting support.

B. Automatically Collected Information

  • Device and browser data: IP address, browser type/version, operating system, referring pages, time/date of visit, pages viewed.
  • Usage data: which features you use, prompts submitted (anonymized where possible), generated playlists viewed/exported.

We do not collect precise geolocation, payment details (if you never process payments), or sensitive categories of data (health, race, etc.) unless you deliberately include them in a any data you submit.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide and improve the Service (generate playlists from your prompts).
  • Operate, maintain, and secure the app.
  • Analyze usage trends to improve AI suggestions and fix bugs.
  • Communicate with you (e.g., account recovery emails, rare service updates).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

AI Training Note:
We may use anonymized or aggregated versions of your prompts to improve our AI model and playlist generation quality. We do not use identifiable personal data (like emails or names) for training. If you want your prompts excluded from any improvement use, contact us at the email below (opt-out may limit some features).

Legal Basis for Processing (where GDPR applies): We rely on legitimate interests (providing/improving the Service), contract (if you create an account), or consent (where we ask for it, e.g., optional marketing).

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers (hosting, analytics and email delivery services like Amazon Web Services, Vercel, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, Mailgun and Mailchimp) under strict contracts.
  • Third-party music services (Spotify, YouTube, etc.).
  • Legal authorities if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights/safety.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers (inside and outside the EU). We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, but no method is 100% secure.

Prompts and generated playlists are typically kept only as long as needed for your session/account (e.g., 30–90 days for abuse prevention or support), then deleted or anonymized unless you keep an account with saved playlists.

5. International Transfers

The Service is hosted in the EU. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or other regions with data protection laws, your information may be transferred to and processed outside your region. We use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses where required) for such transfers.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location (including under the GDPR if you are in the EEA), you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent (where we rely on consent).
  • Data portability (in limited cases).
